Our PACS System is web-based and ideal for visualizing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) studies, Spiral CT Scans, X Rays, Mammographies and Ultrasounds in a multi-medical and multi-method environment.
The Radiology Web Viewer, as a web-enabled application, allows our radiologists to review studies from any station with access to a Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, or remote workstation through a Virtual Private Network connection.
Furthermore, it allows referring physicians to visualize the images and radiological reports of their patient’s studies in the comfort of their own offices, homes or any other location with an internet connection. The referring physician has the alternative to authorize other specialists around the world, the access to see these studies and be able to offer a multidisciplinary opinion that may help with his patients’ treatment.
Thanks to an almost limitless image storage capacity TecniScan offers now the advantage of digitally filing its patients’ complete medical history, reducing time and the risk of losing patients’ plates. It makes the comparison between previous and recent studies easier.
