Electroencephalogram

It is a test that measures the electrical activity in the brain, known as brain waves. An EEG measures these waves through small button-shaped electrodes that are placed on the scalp of the patient.

For undergoing this test, the patient must have the hair washed only with water and toilet soap. Do not apply shampoo or additives.
